La loi du talion
La loi du talion n'est pas destinée a nourrir la vengence, mais a la réduire: si on te predns un oeil, tu n'est pas en droit d'en prendre deux en puniton.
Aussi cette loi instaure le principe de purger sa peine en prison, et si apres celà la victime se venge, elle est en tors et devines coupable.

Peopel who invoke it to aks for arsher disuasive sentences, or justify to take
the law in their own hands, just do not understand what they are talking about,
and shoudl really read their Bible instead of using it as a soap box.
